  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Certain products (like personal care items, innerwear, and perishables) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Replacement Policy:
